Location: UFCU Disch-Falk Field
Win: Kendall Dove (3-0) | Loss: Max Grubbs (6-2) Save: Braylon Owens (3)

UTSA used four pitchers in the effort, with Connor Miles twirling the first 2.1 before handing the ball off to Connor Kelley, who tossed 1.2 with four strikeouts. Kendall Dove secured the win with a scoreless fourth, and Braylon Owens was dominant across the final four, securing a save and allowing just one hit over the final four frames with seven strikeouts.

Texas struck first in the first inning as they managed to score on a groundout to second baseman Nathan Hodge. The Roadrunners answered as Lorenzo Morresi led off the second with a single through the right side. Morresi made his way to third as Ty Hodge reached on a throwing error.  Norris McClure tied it up for the Roadrunners as he picked up his 40th RBI of the year on a sacrifice fly.

Texas regained the lead, scoring five runs in the bottom of the third to go up 6-1.

The Roadrunners replied in the top of the fourth, as McClure reached on an error and advanced to second on a passed ball. Andrew Stucky walked, and Caden Miller was plunked, loading the bases before N. Hodge knocked in a pair on a single up the middle. A base knock for Mason Lytle kept the inning going, and a double steal allowed N. Hodge to dent the plate. James Tausig then dropped a double into the center, driving in Lytle and working a 6-5 score.

UTSA added three more in the sixth, with a Stucky single and a Miller walk sparking a two-out rally. Hodge laced one into center for his third RBI of the evening, tying things up, and a Lytle RBI single-handed UTSA their first lead of the ballgame. Garrett Gruell launched a two-bagger into left, plating Hodge to deliver an 8-6 Roadrunner lead.

A solo home run in the seventh put Texas within one, and UTSA added an insurance run in the top of the ninth as Lytle doubled before coming around and scoring on a two-out bunt single by Tausig. Owens took the 9-7 lead back out for the bottom of the ninth, inducing a popup and recording a pair of strikeouts to send UTSA to its first-ever NCAA Regional Final.
