SAN ANTONIO – On Friday, August 7, UTSA Volleyball will make its first public appearance ahead of the fall campaign. Before a 7 p.m. CT intrasquad scrimmage, the ‘Runners will host a kids clinic and school supply donation drive. All events will be free as Head Coach Carol Price-Torok opens the 2026 festivities at the Convocation Center.
Ahead of the scrimmage, a one-hour kids clinic will be held at 5 p.m. from the 2,650-seat home of Roadrunners Volleyball. The event will be open to children entering sixth grade and under, per NCAA rules. To sign up, visit this form or direct any questions to Alec Perez at alec.perez@my.utsa.edu.
In partnership with Communities in Schools of San Antonio, UTSA Volleyball is holding a Stuff the Bus event ahead of the Navy & Orange scrimmage. Donations of new school supplies are encouraged, but not required to attend the contest. Suggested items include notebooks, highlighters, binders, folders, pencils, pens, crayons, markers, glue sticks, etc.
