First Exhibition Set for Saturday Afternoon

SAN ANTONIO – For the first time in 279 days, UTSA Volleyball is poised for intersquad competition on the Convocation Center floor. On Saturday, the Roadrunners will welcome Texas A&M-Corpus Christi in the first of two exhibitions on the hosts’ preseason slate. Head Coach Carol Price-Torok preps for her fifth campaign at the helm with a 2 p.m. matchup against the Islanders before next week’s trip to Baylor.

In 2025, the Islanders finished 13-17 overall with a mark of 8-8 in Southland Conference play. The fall 2026 campaign will be Steve Greene’s 11th at the helm for A&M-Corpus Christi as he aims to add to his program-best win total of 168.

Single-match tickets, which became available on June 23, can be found here.

UP NEXT

On Saturday, Aug. 22, UTSA will visit No. 21 Baylor for both sides’ final preseason tune-up ahead of the fall campaign. The ‘Runners are set to face off with the nationally-ranked Bears from the Ferrell Center at 3 p.m. before making their regular-season debut on Friday, Aug. 28 against UT Arlington.
