SAN ANTONIO – UTSA Director of Track & Field and Cross Country Aaron Fox inked Cypress, Texas product Haley Hill for the distance corps’ 2026-27 roster, the program announced on Sunday.
“We’re excited to welcome Haley into the Roadrunners family,” Fox said. “She’s got a solid growth progression in both cross country and long distance and we’re looking forward to helping her reach her potential in competition and academics.”
Holding personal records of 2:25.16 in the 800-meter, 5:14.91 in the 1,600-meter, 11:18.34 in the 3,200-meter, and 18:29.20 in the cross country 5k for Bridgeland High School, Hill was the District 16-6A 3,200m champion in 2024, while helping the Bridgeland to a UIL cross country state championship, Nike NXR Nationals qualification and an appearance in the New Balance RunningLane XC Championships in 2025. Hill finished fourth at the District 16-6A Championships in 2024.
Hill comes from an athletic family, with her mother playing collegiate soccer at Trinity and her father football at Trinity.
