2025 (Senior)
Morresi made 23 starts this season with 28 appearances … made a total of 10 starts at catchers, the second most starts behind the dish this season … seven of his starts were at first … Morresi slashed .277/.371/.371 in his senior campaign … Morresi saw a significant increase in playing time towards the end of the season as he started all eight games the Roadrunners played in the NCAA postseason … Morresi was able to steal four bags this season.
2024 (Junior)
Moressi tallied 19 appearances and 12 starts in his 2024 campaign … he tallied 52 at-bats with 11 hits, one double, one triple and one home run … at the plate, Morresi drove in seven runs for the Roadrunners … behind the plate he had 93 put outs 11 assists with just one error for a fielding percentage of .990 … named to the AAC All-Academic Team.
Prior to UTSA
New Mexico Junior College (2021-2023): Posted a .341/.454/.568 split during his freshman year, along with 45 hits, 40 runs, 20 extra-base hits and 38 RBI… had a .363/.428/.661 split with 62 hits, 46 runs, 31 extra-base hits and 51 RBI as a sophomore… lead the Thunderbirds to consecutive WJCAC titles… named WJCAC All-Conference and All-Region V honors as a sophomore… also represented Team Italy in the Haarlem Baseball Week in the Netherlands.
High School: Went to ITE A. Gentili in Macerata, Italy.
Personal: Born in Macerata, Italy… son of Nadia and Valter, and has two sisters, Eleonora and Sofia… plans to pursue a business degree.
