Beale-Madison Gordon is in her second tenure at UTSA, returning to the department in May 2024 as Facilities & Events Coordinator II.
In her current role, she oversees operations of the Park West Athletics Complex and is the home game manager for the soccer, track & field and women's basketball competitions, as well as the TPC San Antonio liaison for UTSA’s golf programs. She also oversees the basketball table crews, manages the unit's student worker program and coordinates external facility rentals and contracts.
Gordon previously worked at UTSA as a Facilities and Event Coordinator I in 2022 following an internship with the department.
Prior to her time at UTSA, Gordon was a graduate assistant for the Sport Management and Kinesiology Department at Texas Tech University, where she also worked as Administrative Assistant of Suites at United Supermarkets Arena.
She began her career at Texas A&M University, serving as a Facility Assistant at Reed Arena and working with guest services at Kyle Field during football season.
A native of Early, Texas, Gordon earned her bachelor's degree in sport management with a minor in business from Texas A&M in 2020. She earned her master's degree in sport management from Texas Tech in 2021.
