Germany was hired as Assistant Athletics Director/Facilities and Events in the Summer of 2026, following a three-year stint at Texas A&M.
Most recently, he served as Director of Special Events in College Station, overseeing day-to-day operations and managing various professional events, including banquets, conferences, athletic events, and commencements. Prior to that, he was the Coordinator of Facilities & Operations at Texas A&M, where he led a team of over 40 and headed up all logistical operations for the athletic department.
Before his time in the Lone Star State, Germany worked his way up from Student Equipment Manager (2015-19) to Director of Equipment Operations (2019-22) and finally Assistant Director of Facilities and Events (2022-23) at Northwestern State. Highlights in Natchitoches included managing the 2022 Southland Conference Soccer Tournament, and there he received a bachelor’s in business administration in 2019.
