Mia Rincon was named Director of Recruiting for the UTSA football program in February 2026.
Among her many duties, Rincon is responsible for developing and leading comprehensive recruiting efforts, coordinating with coaching staff and university personnel to execute a strategic recruitment plan and planning and executing all prospect visits to campus.
Rincon got her start in the industry as a student intern for the UTSA football program, working with both the recruiting and creative units.
Rincon earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from UTSA in 2025.
