A Legendary Name, A Bold Endeavor

The McCombs Society is the official leadership giving society of UTSA Athletics. Members of the McCombs Society proudly support excellence by providing transformational resources that allow UTSA administrators and coaches to develop student-athletes into champions in the classroom, in competition, and in life.

Donors can become members of the McCombs Society with a minimum pledge of $25,000 over a five-year period or by donating an annual cash gift of $25,000 or more to one or more UTSA Athletics funds.

McCombs Society Philanthropic Opportunities

RAF+

Scholarship support for more than 350 student-athletes, RAF+ funds all branches of operational support including tuition, meals, housing, nutrition, academics, medical care and more.

Capital Gifts

UTSA Athletics continues to focus on facility upgrades and improvements. This area of support funds new facility projects aligned with the BOLD Champions capital campaign like the Basketball & Volleyball Practice Facility, the RACE Practice Pavilion, upgrades to the baseball and softball facilities, and other future projects.

Endowment Gifts

Endowed scholarships leave a lasting legacy that continues support in perpetuity. You can make a gift to one of our existing scholarships or create your own legacy.

Sport Excellence Fund Gifts

Each UTSA sport has a dedicated excellence fund which provides operational support to go above and beyond the daily necessities.

Athletics Title IX Opportunity Fund

This fund supports special travel opportunities, cultural experiences, leadership training, cutting-edge equipment, state-of-the art technology, and team bonding outings for eligible sports or student-athlete initiatives.

Appreciation Gifts
Special annual McCombs Society gifts provided as a token of our appreciation.

Naming Opportunities
Recognition in facilities. For capital gifts only.

Five-Year Membership
Qualifying gifts will secure membership
for five years.

Tax Deductibility
Only tax-deductible philanthropic gifts are counted toward the McCombs Society. Per-seat gifts for season tickets are not considered qualifying donations.
